You’ve thoughtfully planned your wedding and want a trusted coordinator who gets to know the details early, stays connected as your plans develop, and steps into active coordination six weeks before your wedding.
During that final coordination period, I bring together the venue and vendor logistics, build your custom wedding-day execution timeline, work through the remaining details with you, and coordinate the people and moving pieces that make the day flow. The goal is simple: you arrive at your wedding knowing someone else understands the plan and is ready to carry it out.
Includes up to 10 consecutive hours of wedding-day coordination.
The Moment
Enhanced Wedding Coordination
Starting at $2,000
You want the reassurance of full wedding coordination, but with more support before the wedding day. The Moment builds on The Keepsake Day with additional planning access, a venue walkthrough, practical design and setup guidance, rehearsal coordination, and expanded logistical support.
It is designed for weddings with more moving pieces or for couples who simply want another layer of preparation and support before the celebration begins.
Includes up to 12 consecutive hours of wedding-day coordination.
The Intimate Moment
Intimate Wedding Coordination
Starting at $600
Planning a smaller, simpler celebration? The Intimate Moment gives you professional coordination without requiring a larger package than your wedding needs.
Designed for weddings with streamlined logistics, fewer vendors, minimal setup needs, and a straightforward ceremony and reception flow, it includes a Kickoff Meeting, a simplified custom execution timeline, final logistical coordination, and wedding-day support.
Includes up to 5 consecutive hours of wedding-day coordination.
The Heirloom Experience
Custom Coordination + Planning Guidance
Starting at $2,500
You’re still planning your own wedding, but you want more professional guidance along the way. The Heirloom Experience builds on enhanced coordination with deeper planning support, additional strategy meetings, practical design and logistics guidance, and help identifying gaps before they become wedding-week problems.
It can also be customized for celebrations with more complex logistics, multiple locations, transportation, cultural or religious traditions, welcome events, or other needs that require a more tailored approach.
Includes up to 12 consecutive hours of wedding-day coordination, with additional coverage available when included in your custom scope.
The Virtual Framework

The Virtual Blueprint
Virtual Planning Guidance + Wedding-Day Execution Plan

You want the planning support of The Virtual Framework, but you also want someone to bring all of your final wedding details together into a professional execution plan. The Virtual Blueprint adds a detailed wedding-day timeline and logistics plan covering vendor timing, ceremony flow, setup responsibilities, key transitions, and the information your chosen day-of point person will need to carry out the plan.
You still choose who executes your wedding day; Days & Design prepares the plan so they are not starting from scratch.
